Experience: Customer Recovery Service

Even the best companies sometimes succumb to missteps in customer service, those known for continuously providing amazing customer service can run into service irregularities. The key is having a plan set for when things do go wrong.  While almost all service companies have a planned response when things go wrong, not all service recoveries are created equal.

A truly customer-focused company is continually changing to get better. Good companies have a protocol in place to recover from shortcomings in service. Better companies operate with the recovery process like it is a well-thought-out extension of the company's customer service experience. Consider how many places you go and receive poor service. Service recovery should be a part of every company's overall customer experience strategy. Effective service recovery can increase customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty even more than if the service misstep had never happened in the first place. Some companies that regularly adapt and change for their customers; Wegmans, Amazon, Wistia, JetBlue, Publix, Disney, Ritz Carlson, USAA, Nordstrom, Trader Joes, Zappos, and Apple.   Enter CRS's Customer Recovery Service… Claims can be messy, we get it. CRS's Customer Service Recovery will right any wrong that has occurred. We acknowledge and correct it swiftly and efficiently to ensure service is back on track. We work hard to make this happen, and our industry-leading net promoter score proves it.   Why is this important? It saves everyone time, retains clients and customers and overall satisfaction!   Testimonial: "CRS was amazing. We were having incredibly difficult issues with a 3rd party vendor and Melinda had our back the entire time. It felt so good to have her and CRS in our corner. This is my 3rd review ever, the only other two Yelp reviews I left were because of terrible companies. It feels so good to be able to write a review about a company that really went above and beyond. I cannot say better things about this company and the wonderful people it employees. This experience really made me think that there are companies out there that can be truly considered exceptional." – Policyholder from Chicago, IL

The magic of being at home for the holidays.

Many say that home is a feeling, rather than a place. Sure, we can feel 'at home' in different places, however, only one or two places hold the magic of really, truly being at home. This is especially true during the holidays.

Beautiful big family sitting at the table celebrating Christmas together at home. Father bringing roasted turkey on a serving tray.

For most, a home may be a place where fond memories have been and continue to be made. They consist of traditions that are repeated yearly, the familiar smells of home that comfort you and allow for nostalgia to set in. These remain powerful connections no matter how far away 'home' may be and research is beginning to gain a deeper understanding of the feeling that these special places elicit. On the flip side, home can sometimes be a temporary place. It is in this part of the season where we find it most important to locate suitable housing for our families.   We recently received a kind message on our Twitter feed, reminding us of the very importance of home; If you find yourself dealing with a temporary situation, past grievances or painful memories this holiday season, remember to maintain traditions. Make a meal or bake cookies with loved ones, learn how other cultures celebrate the holidays, donate your time to a charity or soup kitchen or simply enjoy time by the fireplace sharing stories.

Do you have special traditions that feel like home? Share them with us on social media, #CRSathome, we'd love to add a few to our repertoire. From all of us here at CRS Temporary Housing, we hope you find your place this Holiday season and hope that place will feel like home.

Give the gift of housing.

Give the Gift of Housing

Why make your policyholders celebrate the holidays in a hotel?

Instead, give them the gift of housing with all of the comforts of home.

See what one family had to say about their experience with CRS Temporary Housing during the Holidays. It is important to us to get all of our families set up in housing, when possible. Contact us to get your policyholder into a housing option if they are currently in a hotel. Give them the gift of housing.   "Our experience with CRS was first class. CRS exceeded all expectations and single handily put the joy back into our lives again, right in time for the holidays. Our new temporary home is walking distance to our home and fully furnished with no out of pocket expense. We can do laundry again so we can have clean clothes and even put up a Christmas Tree or make a home-made meal. All these things we can easily take for granted, but CRS understands this is real life and in traumatic moments, it really does matter. It will feel like the Holidays once again, and we owe this new feeling of joy to our CRS team that we consider family."  - Policyholder testimonial
