A helpful move-in checklist.

It can be overwhelming to move into a new home, even more so when dealing with a property loss event and moving into a temporary home.

When you begin the claims process with CRS Temporary Housing, you are guided through the necessary steps in facilitating your temporary stay. Once a property is located, accepted, and approved, you will begin the transition into your temporary home.

Your dedicated CRS representative will guide you every step of the way and supply you with the necessary information to ensure a seamless transition into your temporary home. Once you have the keys, you will be asked to complete a move-in packet. This move-in packet will include a move-in inspection form used in noting any discrepancies of the home prior to moving in to limit your security deposit deductions.

We’ve come up with a helpful infographic of any additional move-in scenarios that may not be on the move-in inspection form. Use it as a guide to help you along in the moving process and let us know if we can add any other scenarios as we know there can be many!

We’re always here to help in any way 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just give us a call and one of our dedicated representatives will assist you.
