Here at CRS, giving back to our community is important to us. Over the holidays, we sponsored a local family in Phoenix that could really use some help. The mother, Elania, was in her final stage of cervical cancer when we met with the family in December. With six children in the home and Elania unable to get out of bed, taking care of this family was more than providing a Christmas tree and presents. Several of our staff members would visit the home on a weekly and even sometimes daily basis. Our office came together and brought in an incredible amount of donations in the form of cash, toys, clothes, bedding and more. The family was overjoyed and the children had a Christmas to remember.
With Elania not having very much time left, we were hoping she would pull through for her son, Moises’ 13th birthday. Several of our staff members took the kids to Peter Piper Pizza to celebrate his birthday. Here are some pictures from the celebration. At CRS, our best asset is the wonderful group of employees we have that are truly the foundation of our company. We are blessed to have such an incredible staff.
Sadly, Elania passed away last weekend. Our thoughts are prayers are with her family and with her children. The kids seem to be happy for the most part, each of them deserves a chance at life. May she rest in peace.
