Q & A with Jared

How long have you been working here and what is your job/role at CRS

I have been with CRS Temporary Housing for 6 amazing months now!! I am a Hotel Specialist. As a Hotel Specialist I work directly with insured families that have had damage to their homes and I help get them set up into a temporary living accommodation while their regular living conditions get back to normal.

Where are you originally from?

I am an Arizona native. Born and raised in Phoenix. My background is in Hospitality and Customer service.

What is something that your co-workers don’t know about you?

Most of my co-workers don’t know that I myself have been misplaced from my home due to water damage. I was out of my home for 8 months. The water line that leads to the icemaker on the refrigerator broke and flooded my home while I was out of town on a soccer tournament for 3 days in California.  I understand the feeling of loosing pretty much everything.

What do you think the key to great customer service is?

They key to great customer service is Listening, Understanding, and Acting on the needs of our Policy Holders. Follow through is essential weather it’s verbal or written, Following up is the key to gaining our Policy Holders trust.
