 PLACETRAK is CRS’s custom portal for our clients, with this website adjusters can:

  • Submit new housing requests
  • Access an overview of active claims
  • Print copies of invoices
  • Review claim statements
  • View details of housing and hotel placements

Requesting housing directly from your smartphone has never been easier; we have a free app for your iPhone, Blackberry or Droid. This newest feature allows adjusters to navigate out PLACETRAK Center and request housing from directly from any mobile device!
