MRP Policyholder FAQs
Will I be required to make any up-front payments?
Typically, no. CRS ensures that repair costs are managed within the approved claim amount. However, for certain large-scale projects, a deposit might be required. Any such requirement will be clearly outlined in your contract.
How quickly will a contractor contact me after I submit a request?
Once your claim is approved and assigned to CRS, a contractor from our vetted network will reach out within 24 hours to schedule an initial assessment.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the repairs?
CRS is committed to your satisfaction. If issues arise, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will work diligently to address and resolve any concerns, ensuring the quality and integrity of the repair work.
Does CRS offer any warranty on the repair work?
Yes. All contractors within our network provide a workmanship warranty, ensuring peace of mind and confidence in the quality of repairs.
